Return and Refund Policy

At Refurbished Adda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

These terms apply to any products purchased from us.

Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

We typically process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel your order, log in at RefurbishedAdda.com using the mobile number used during the purchase and click on ‘Cancel’ for the relevant order. Alternatively, you may email us at support@refurbishedadda.com to check the status of your order.

Return & Refund Conditions

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. In such cases, our team will contact the customer to understand the nature of the damage or confirm any missing parts/accessories before initiating a replacement. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at our sole discretion.

Warranty Limitations

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact, and includes any gifts or freebies that came with the order.

Products Not Eligible for Return

We will not accept returns if:

The warranty seal is tampered or broken.
Damage is caused due to power surges or spikes.
The product falls under items that are non-returnable due to hygiene or health reasons.
The product has been opened, used, damaged, or is missing parts or accessories.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refund Method

For order cancellations before shipment, refunds will be processed within 24 business hours of the cancellation request.
For returns after dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3–4 business days after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank transfer will be initiated using the details provided by you, and the refund will be processed within 3–4 business days.

Reverse Shipping

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, you may raise a return request within the applicable return window. In such cases, Refurbished Adda will bear the reverse shipping charges. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

However, if you are returning a product due to a change of mind, incorrect model, color, or any other customer error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping charges.
