Warranty Policy

At Refurbished Adda, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products and provide a PAN India warranty to safeguard our customers from any manufacturing defects.
We also offer free on-call technical support for all renewed Laptop’s even after the warranty period. Our dedication to customer satisfaction extends beyond the warranty timeline we’re always available to help with any technical concerns or issues you may encounter.

Warranty Timeframe

All Laptop’s sold by Refurbished Adda come with a six (6) months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that arise under normal usage conditions. Accessories and other generic products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, as mentioned in the product description.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. In such cases, our team will contact the customer to understand the nature of the damage or confirm any missing parts/accessories before initiating a replacement. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at our sole discretion.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Liquid damage
  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Any cause unrelated to a manufacturing defect
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to us at support@refurbishedadda.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
A warranty card containing technical support contact information will be included with your shipment.
We may ask you to return the product for evaluation. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will proceed with the repair or replacement at no additional cost.
